Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on SaaS Sales hires, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of high-performing sales professionals. You will partner closely with hiring managers, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, proactively source candidates, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience. Your expertise in SaaS sales recruitment, combined with your ability to build strong relationships, will be critical to delivering top talent in a competitive marketplace.


Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process for SaaS sales roles, including lead generation, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals.

• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified SaaS sales candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through to onboarding.

• Market Insights: Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring activities to influence recruitment strategies.

• Employer Branding: Champion the company’s employer brand, effectively communicating the value proposition of joining our sales team.

• Diversity and Inclusion: Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract and hire diverse talent.

• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts and ensure continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter with a focus on SaaS sales or other technical sales roles.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales processes, and key roles within a SaaS sales organization (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs, BDRs, Sales Leaders).

• Experience using modern recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Data-driven approach to recruiting with the ability to use metrics to improve performance.

• Passion for finding and hiring top talent, with a focus on quality over quantity.

• Strong understanding of talent market trends, compensation structures, and competitive hiring practices in the SaaS industry.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS company or tech startup.

• Experience in developing recruitment strategies for senior and specialized sales roles.

• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting.
