What You'll Do:

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Support clients with mobility, administering medication, and monitoring their health.
• Offer emotional and social support to promote independence and well-being.

What We're Looking For:

• Caring and compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in care (preferred but not required-full training provided).
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
