Job Description
FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Receivable Assistant based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.
This opportunity would be on a Contract basis initially, with the view of transferring to a Permanent position, working Full Time hours with Hybrid working available (3 Days Office, 2 Days Home).
Main duties include:
- Responsible for the full Accounts Receivable process of multiple entities.
- Report on Accounts Receivable and unbilled balances, and provide guidance to drive prompt resolution of aged Accounts Receivables and unbilled balances.
- Proactive communication with clients to collect outstanding balances according to defined collection processes.
- Regular reviews of Accounts Receivable and WIP accounts.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators and targets for all Accounts Receivable and unbilled balances, including monthly cash targets.
- Support the AP/AR Supervisor with any other tasks as required.
Suitable candidates should have the following:
- Previous experience in a relevant Accounts role.
- Experience of Microsoft Navision and PSO (Desirable).
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications, including proficient Excel skills.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work to strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Organised.
- Ability to work independently and also as a team player.
- Shows initiative.
- Results orientated.
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
