A leading Builder Developer in Edinburgh seeks to appoint experienced Project QS to join their business.

Your new company
Your new company is an Edinburgh-based developer who has been transforming the city's landscape for nearly 20 years. Known for their ability to deliver high-quality projects efficiently, they have completed numerous new builds and conversions in some of the most prestigious and challenging locations.
Their expertise in tailoring developments to the local market has earned them multiple awards, including Scottish House Builder of the Year for three consecutive years. Currently, they are managing significant residential and commercial projects across Edinburgh and are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your initial role will be assisting a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the delivery of a large student accomodation project in the middle of Edinburgh. As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction packages on this large project and ensuring they are being delivered in line with commercial expectations. You will be based mostly onsite and this is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your construction expertise and your knowledge of the development cycle.
