Your new company is a privately owned BuildingServices Consultancy that is seeking for a Revit Technician based withinNottingham due to the growth of the team.
Withinthis role you will have the opportunity to:
Build upon your existing skills, knowledge and experience of RevitBe supported and encouraged through your professional developmentYour new role
Youwill be providing technical support working collaboratively in a multidiscipline team consisting of Building Services Designers, Building Physicistand Document Controllers on a wide range of projects across numerous marketsectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fullyco-ordinated design for installation purposes; RIBA stages 0 to 5.
Duties will include:
Collaborate with Building Service Engineers to produce co-ordinated drawingsDelivery of projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary teamCo-ordination of Building Services using REVIT MEPCreate and amending MEP Families, Objects, Tags, AnnotationsCreate legends, schedules and templatesAmend drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCADMeet the requirements of projects within specified time framesMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standardsGive guidance to junior staff and apprenticesFollow BIM ProtocolsLiaise professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors and staff of all levelsYoumay need to undertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficient operator of Revit MEP CAD/AutoCAD packages and associated computer softwareIdeally you will have a background within the MEP industry or experience in a similar roleOrganised and able to work to a high standard against agreed timescalesBe a team player, but able to operate at an individual levelIdeally ONC/HNC in relevant disciplineWhat you'll get in return
