Plant Manager

As the Plant Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our client’s position as a key supplier in the aerospace and energy industries, while ensuring top-tier quality and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, from production planning to quality control and supply chain management.
• Identify and seize opportunities for business expansion and market growth in the aerospace and energy sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring top-notch service and responsiveness.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics, driving cost-effective measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Champion environmental sustainability initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in metal manufacturing, ideally within the aerospace or energy sectors.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record in driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Success in strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Deep knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards (ISO, AS9100, NADCAP), and safety practices.
