Job Description
Job Purpose:
Management of BAUK supply chain team, providing support to the Armada Kraken on and offshore operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, maintain, review and manage operational procurement, contractor management and logistics processes and procedures.
- Provide procurement and contractual guidance to BAUK on and offshore operations team
- Procurement Focal point for discipline engineers and management team
- Prepare and issue of ITT / RFQ tender documents
- Collaborate with appropriate contract owners for contract extensions/re-negotiations and nonconformances.
- Maintain BAUK contract register (ContractPOD AI), ensuring contract extensions/re-negotiations are completed in line with expiry dates
- Ensure all major service PO’s are issued in line with annual budget commencement dates
- Lead contract negotiation of all commercial clarifications
- Responsible for vendor/supplier performance evaluation
- Implement contract KPIs where applicable
- Ensure vendor Non-Conformance register is maintained, reviewed and circulated with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify P2P process continuous improvement opportunities
- Implement and drive P2P process efficiencies with support of Corporate Office
- Ensure cycle count of onshore warehouse is conducted annually
- Ensure Supply Chain dept are performing to Operational expectation and adhering to 28 day, Week 5-8 and 90 day asset plans
- Have Supply Chain dept review open Purchase Reqs, Orders and perform system clean up
- Ensure Supply Chain dept generate and circulate 2 week expediting lookahead
- Compile contract strategy board (CSB) presentation(s) for client review / approval
- Prepare Supply Chain Business Performance Review (BPR) slides for Operations Manager
- Liaise with Client on operational procurement, logistics and contractual matters as and when required
- Quarterly FPSO Management Visit to conduct familiarisation, implement process changes, provide training opportunities and/or audits
- Conduct individual annual appraisals
- Approve dept timesheets, annual leave and any other Line Management tasks
- Member of the Operations Onshore Emergency Response team
- Work closely with corporate function ensuring procedures, processes and policies are reviewed, aligned and implemented
- Include corporate Legal function support on all contractual reviews
- Annual Corporate office Visit (Malaysia)
- Chair Supply Chain Corporate progress meetings as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, supply chain or equivalent.
- Have supply chain procurement overseeing operations for minimum 10 years.
