UK & Ireland Customer Service Specialist

To reinforce our Customer Service Department we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Redditch (United Kingdom) who will work to satisfy the customer needs on the management and deliveries of orders and services. In addition, this position requires coordination with the UK Sales Team and the UK Warehouse, to ensure and provide traceability of customer orders and to provide excellent customer service.

The Customer Service Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the business in varying roles, such as product communications, debt/payment management, product and marketing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To manage orders via manual orders and JDE software (ERP);
• Order entry and monitoring until delivery to the customer;
• Customer telephone enquiries and orders;
• To handle customer enquiries, delivery issues and effectively resolve any non-conformities;
• To collaborate with the Supply Chain Department and the UK Warehouse for special requirements;
• Customer invoicing and distribution and issuing credit notes;
• To support the company with documentation of special transports, price adjustments and new product information;
• To maintain customer database to enable effective communication.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and general business activities role;
• Experience gained within a customer focused role that involves dealing with customer service and complaints arising;
• Excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
