A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Helpdesk Manager to join their growing team, to drive high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with stringent contractual KPIs and SLAs.
The Role
As the Helpdesk Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
Provide leadership and guidance to the Helpdesk and Compliance team.
To take responsibility for the management and monitoring of reactive, remedial and PPM jobs logged against high risk concession contracts.
To focus on optimisation of all revenue streams by ensuring proactive jeopardy management and the accurate logging of jobs to initiate the sales invoice process e.g. re-charge, lifecycle etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Helpdesk Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Exceptional leadership skills – minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervisory/management role
Knowledge of the FM sector
Experience in logging and coordinating PPM and reactive FM works
Understanding of KPI & SLA management
