Job Description

We focus on the medical industries, predominantly healthcare, whilst also expanding into MedTech, Medical Devices, Life Sciences and Diagnostics. We like to give back to the industries which we support, including providing respite services for those in care, funding holidays for individuals with complex mental and physical needs and providing life changing technology, such as monitoring, access and mobility equipment.


Obtaining new business for us is simple and easy, as companies use us as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility projects and they know that the money they spend, comes back into the industry and helps so many people.


Due to such a huge excess of business and growth plans over the coming few years, we are looking to expand our team as quickly as possible.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Personable and Friendly Demeanour Character – You’ll be meeting and speaking to C-Suite to Entry Level staff members. We want someone who is able to build a rapport with anyone easily.
  • Ambitious & Hard Working Character – We want people who are keen to develop themselves, put in the effort and to get paid well for doing so.
  • Resilient & Solutions Focused Nature – Recruitment can be a hard job, with lots of ups and downs. We need someone who if it is a bad day, is able to get back up and keep focused on how to turn around a bad situation, into a good one.
  • Experience in a Permanent Recruitment Role in a medical related industry would be ideal (but not a deal breaker). Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics and Life Sciences are our core focus. If you have experience in another industry and you are a strong biller, we can have a chat and assess what is best for you.
