Type: Long Term Freelance Role - Long Term (Temp to perm or long term freelance)
Location: Castle Vale, B35 Area
Salary/Rate: £28 Per Hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work in and around the Castle vale area on a Large External wall insulation scheme including Doors and Windows installation.
A well-established, and rapidly expanding principle contractor who are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to work with them on a long term contract. This company has gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place. Due to recently winning new contracts which are due to commence imminently, they are looking to expand their team.
You will be working on a Social Housing Refurbishment scheme(EWI and Doors and Windows) in Castle Vale.
Job Description
Embedding the client's requirements in every aspect of the project, offering the clients added value to give them the assurance that they can trust the Contractor in providing a quality start-to-finish delivery
Assisting the Project Manager with any problems or concerns on site
Regular liaison with the client, discussing progress and acting as the company representative
Senior management meetings on progression of sites making sure directors are aware of each development
Liaising with TLO's for any issues or concerns from tenants
Discussing build-ability and design issues
Managing Health & Safety
Programming and planning all works
Devising a build programme
Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labour
Ensuring KPI's are being achievedBenefits
£28 per hour - Umbrella/CIS
Street Parking
40 Hours - 42.5 Hours Per WeekRequirements
A strong Site Management background
CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work
Asbestos Awareness - Desirable
