Night Shift Supervisor

Established sheet metal engineering company requires a Night Shift Supervisor to join their expanding team based in Kings Norton.

Previous machine work and supervisory experience is essential to fulfil this position. Within this role you will be offered free car parking, competitive pay rates and Friday’s off! Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this position of Night Shift Supervisor is available for immediate start.

Duties and responsibilities required by Night Shift Supervisor –

* Allocate production tasks to team members

* Ensuring team members are following the correct quality protocols

* Operating and setting machinery such as press machines, 5 axis lasers, CNC welding and assembly stations

* Reporting of production figures and KPI’s

* Operating a Forklift

* Ensure the factory is locked and secure at the end of shift (Key holder)

Skills and attributes required by Night Shift Supervisor –

* High attention to deal

* Must hold a Forklift licence

* Previous machinery experience

Location: Kings Norton, Birmingham

Hours of work: 15:30pm-02.00am (Monday-Thursday)

Pay: £15-£17 per hour
