Job Description

Our Marketing and Communications Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting the growth of our care homes across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with a passion for the healthcare sector.

* 40 hours per week - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

* £14.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote Stow Healthcare Group’s services and values.

* Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.

* Create engaging content for various platforms, newsletters, press releases, and social media channels.

* Collaborate with the senior management team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Stock management for all marketing materials.

* Assisting with the organisation of company events.

* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

* Responsible for the management and updating of the company website.

Skills Required

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing and communications role.

* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management.

* Knowledge of Facebook Meta Business Suite.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Experience using Mailchimp or other customer communication systems (Preferred).

* A highly organised self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

* Experience in using WordPress (Preferred).

* Excellent engaging copy/creative writing skills with attention to detail in grammar.

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

* Knowledge of Adobe In-Design and design tools such as Canva.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

* Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to promoting high-quality care.

* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable).
