Contracts Manager - Aberdeen (Full-Time, Permanent)

Nexos is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. You’ll play a key role in managing contractual and commercial aspects across the business, driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading pre-tender negotiations, aligning contracts with company goals and mitigating risks.
• Managing supply chain agreements, ensuring compliance and effective post-tender contract management.
• Overseeing contract amendments, legal claims, and risk management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, legislation, and industry regulations.
• Providing guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
• Developing team competence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, law, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing complex contracts and agreements.
• Strong understanding of industry legislation and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
