Site Manager - Bespoke Homes - Industrial Units
Are you an experienced site manager, based near Burnley , and have experience of overseeing the build of bespoke homes or industrial units?
due to a strong order book and period of growth, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
The contractor are looking for an experienced site manager, with experience of managing the build of one off luxury bespoke, one-off houses and/or industrial and commercial projects with project values ranging from £1 million to £4 million
Site Manager Requirements:
* SMSTS certification is a must
* CSCS certification preferred but not essential
* Proven experience managing project valued up to circa £4m
* Strong leadership and communication skills
