Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: 46,000 - £52,500 per annum

The Role:

- Overseeing the Mechanical Labour working on site
- Conducting toolbox talks with operatives
- Driving the workforce to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring work is being undertaken correctly & safely
- Reporting to the Mechanical Project Manager
- Managing sub-contract labour

The Company:

- 45+ years experience delivering M&E projects UK wide. Started as an Electrical Contractor.
- A lot of their work is within the public sector.
- Multiple offices across the UK.
- Leading M&E company that has £150m+ annual turnover.
- Still very much a family feel business. Summer & Winter parties.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Will have 5+ years’ experience in the Mechanical industry
- Will have previous experience working as an Mechanical Supervisor
- Will have previous experience working on commercial projects. Healthcare projects advantageous
- Will hold a JIB/Skill card & SSSTS
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Will have excellent communication skills
- Will be located in the Bournemouth area
