Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2) seeking flexible, long-term opportunities? We are looking for dedicated and experienced TA2s to join a primary school in the Burnley area on an ad-hoc, long-term basis.

Role Overview:
Support teachers in various KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
Assist with both individual and group learning activities, ensuring every child is engaged.
Help deliver creative and inclusive lessons alongside class teachers.
Provide flexible support across different classes as needed.
Assist with classroom management and support students' social and academic development.
Key Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (TA2) is essential.
Experience working in a primary school environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different classes and responsibilities.
A genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
