Job title: Digital Estate & Technology – Data Integration


Location: Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements


Salary: £47,683+ Dependant on skills and experience


What you’ll be doing:


· You will be working within the Digital Estate & Technology team to identify innovative solutions to wider departmental needs and lead associated project(s) including testing, communications and training delivery


· The role will involve you to drive and support the development and continuous improvement of existing software and toolsets


· Working collaboratively across the IT Teams & broader Facilities management team to deliver analytics and data insights


Your skills and experiences:


Essential:


• Advanced knowledge and development of MS Access, MS SharePoint inc. SharePoint Intranet, Tableau


• Experience of working with data / reporting


• Leveraging and exploiting data for business value


• Aptitude for exploring and learning new technology


• Strong interest in data and analytics


Desirable:


• Degree or HNC/D qualified in Construction or Building Services, however other disciplines and experience within the Built Environment are welcome

The Digital Estate & Technology Team:


The team is responsible for looking after the digital records of the facilities and estates for the Company and the implementation of innovative technology within the built environment.
