Job Title : Oracle SaaS Manufacturing Consultant (Functional) Location : PAN india/Remote Job Type : Full-Time/Direct Contract Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SaaS Manufacturing Consultant (Functional) with extensive cloud experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management and Supply Chain Execution modules. As a key member of our team, you will provide best practices, guidance, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business processes. Key Responsibilities : - Provide System-Level Recommendations : Offer best practices and expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle to optimize system functionality. - Identify Future-State Needs : Assess future-state requirements and align them with Oracle Supply Chain Execution (Manufacturing) configuration and system functionality. - Create Prototypes and Documentation : Develop prototypes, approach documents, and quick reference guides to ensure alignment with client requirements and current-state business processes. - Coordinate Review Sessions : Manage pre-development and post-development review sessions with the development team, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. - Prepare Functional Specifications : Draft functional specifications for interfaces with external systems, ensuring clear and accurate documentation. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Provide support for UAT, including creating integrated UAT test plans across multiple modules to ensure thorough testing and validation. Requirements : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience : Strong functional experience and expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management and Supply Chain Execution configurator modules. - Configuration Expertise : Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain configuration and system functionality. - Workshop Facilitation : Experience in conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and validating current-state processes. - Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Communication Skills : Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Documentation Skills : Ability to prepare meticulous design documents for integrations and reports.
