Salesforce Technical Architect - Apex/Visual Force

Responsibilities/Duties : - Translate business requirements into well-architected customized solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products - Analyses user needs, produces requirements documentation and system plans, and encodes, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents programs and applications - Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives - Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions - Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. - Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, LWCs), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools), and complex data migrations - Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform - Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation - Build and lead Development and Delivery Leadership and Solution Owner assets (e.g. offerings, standard methodologies, white papers, learning curricula, etc. - Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems - Strong background in the design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle Team Leadership : - Manage a team of Senior Developers, consultants and Analysts - Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for a team of direct reports - Assist in staffing consultants on client projects, matching consultants' skills with client needs, supporting them in their career aspirations, and handling the performance feedback and annual review processes for direct : - IT Experience : Min 8 years - Salesforce Experience : Min. 5 years , Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations (especially salesforce flows and other std configurations) and Customizations (APEX coding, triggers, classes, LWC framework, Lightening Aura framework, etc) - Strong experience in code reviews, salesforce best practice implementations, coaching and mentoring juniors - Experience in supporting architects in salesforce discovery workshops with clients (to define scope and requirements) - Strong and effective in communication. - Should be well versed with onshore-offshore model and timings as core dev team will be at offshore - Tech Lead Experience : Successful Implementation of 2-3 projects as a dedicated salesforce technical lead - Complex Salesforce Development Experience is a must, Well-versed with Integrations (Inbound, outbound interfaces, REST & SOAP APIs) to define enterprise solutions along with Salesforce best practices - Certifications needed : Admin Dev I, Dev 2 Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud - Nice to Have : Either the Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System's architect - Nice to Have : Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Experience is a Must preferable on manufacturing domain (medical equipment) - Industry Cloud - Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service - Experience in middleware - MuleSoft and Dell Boomi will be an additional advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
