SAP Production Planning Consultant - Support & Implementation

Job Title : SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant. Location : Noida Experience : 5 years Notice Period : Immediate or 15 Days Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with 5 to 8 years of SAP consulting experience, focusing on Production Planning and Quality Management. The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP implementation projects, providing support, and managing complex business process requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong cross-functional SAP knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight : - Minimum 5 years of experience in sap consulting as Production Planning & Quality Management consultant with at least 1 End-to-End Implementation Project and multiple support projects. - Functional experience in production planning processes which includes, MRP Strategies, Order management, Capacity planning, Shop floor management, Rework scrap management, Product costing, WIPProduction sub-contracting processes. - Knowledge of QM Processes, Master data, Sample Management, Quality Notifications, defect management, and Quality certificates. - Knowledge on flexible planning, sales and operations planning, rough-cut capacity planning, and long-term planning and should be able to understand the concepts of simulation and day to day planning processes. - Must have worked on of Process Industry model, Understanding of Batch Management, Batch determination, Co-Products By products and Quota Management. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. - Experience in Master Data elements of PP, Variant Configuration. - Experience in Repetitive, Process & Discrete Manufacturing cycle. - Proven SAP functional / table level knowledge and experience in leading or supporting data migration projects implementations. - Good cross functional knowledge across other SAP modules like SAP MM and SD. - Need to be flexible with working hours. - LSMW , BDC creation. - Able to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines. - Pleasant personality and enjoy building relationships. - Working in a team as well as have a flair for entrepreneurship. - Strong communication skills are a must with good fluency in English.
