Lead SAP EWM Consultant - Support & Implementation

SAP EWM Consultant / SAP EWM Lead Consultant Job Description : - Must have experience of leading a team of technical and functional EWM consultants - SAP EWM/WM Functional implementation experience / Roll out experience & Support Experience in EWM is mandatory - Must have design and configuration experience in WM/EWM module : Inbound/outbound/manufacturing process with Warehouse, VAS, Picking, Packing, HUM, Cross docking, Yard management, Labor management, Physical inventory, Shipment, Internal Warehouse EWM Processes and return process. - Experienced in designing labels, Barcode Scanners, RF implementation with ITS Mobile. - Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (EWM/WM) and other SAP cross functional experience in MM, PP&SD. - Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (Supplier collaboration, 3PL, etc.) /internal legacy systems. - Integration experience with SAP 3PL preferred. - Must have experience in migrating data to SAP EWM & Post migration data validation/ Reconciliation in various Projects. - Working experience with WM/ EWM queue management and resolutions. - Good experience in LOSC/POSC. - Good experience in all standard SAP WM/ EWM configurations including Warehouse org structure, Placement and removal strategies, Physical inventory, Print configurations. - Working experience with Serial number and batch management. - Working experience of cross-docking, wave/2-step picking etc. - Good to have experience on WM/ EWM Replenishment, Slotting & Rearrangement Processes. - Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms - A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Expected Experience(years) : - At least 8 years in an WM /EWM consultant role in an SAP environment & at least 3 years experience in leading the EWM team Qualification : - Graduate/BE/ BTech / Post graduate in preferably technical or business streams (SAP WM/EWM certification will be an addon) Personal Qualities / Abilities : - English language (fluent in both written and verbal) - Ability to lead the team - Analytical ability and Data gathering and diagnosis ability - Good Communication & Facilitation skills - Strong ability to understand complex system landscape configuration considering the E2E view (ref:hirist.tech)
