Job Title : Blockchain Senior Developer We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Senior Developer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to explore innovations in blockchain technology and adapt them to business needs. The developer will design, implement, and support distributed products and services, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions. Roles and Responsibilities : - Research, design, develop, and analyze blockchain solutions for business use cases, and implement these solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and partners to understand product vision and business needs to create Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs). - Lead the end-to-end implementation of features, utilizing libraries and code sources across project implementations. - Ensure best practices and regulatory compliance in all blockchain implementations. - Engage with blockchain communities, gather feedback, and integrate it into product development. - Develop business services to enhance the Og Stack marketplace. - Test various blockchain systems and lead technology initiatives across product lines. - Collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and workflow efficiency. - Conduct technical training programs and provide guidance to internal development teams. - Manage team members through solution development and maintenance. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Primary Skills (Must Have) : - Experience with smart contract development and Solidity. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.JS, Hyperledger, Ethereum, Corda, Ripple, and Indy. - Experience in DevOps technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins. - Strong understanding of data integration and security in distributed systems. - Experience with regulatory-minded development practices and open-source contributions.
