Role Overview : We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to help us create visually compelling materials that effectively communicate our brand and product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging pamphlets, demo videos, infographics, LinkedIn content, brochures, website designs, and other ancillary work that supports our marketing and product strategies. Key Responsibilities : - Design and Develop : Create visually appealing and effective designs for pamphlets, brochures, demo videos, infographics, LinkedIn content, and website assets that align with our brand identity. - Collaborate : Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives. - Video Content Creation : Produce and edit short demo videos and animations that effectively showcase our products and services. - Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with the Auditors Desk brand guidelines. - Iterate and Improve : Receive and implement feedback to refine and improve design deliverables. - Support : Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, including social media graphics, presentation materials, and other marketing collateral. Qualifications : - Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a startup or tech environment. - Technical Skills : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools. - Portfolio : Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including digital and print media. - Creativity and Attention to Detail : Ability to create visually appealing designs with great attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale. - Time Management : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability : Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
