.Net Technical Lead - C# Programming

Job Title : .NET Tech Lead Location : Gurugram Experience : 9 to 12 years Notice Period : Up to 20 days preferred Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications with a focus on high performance and scalability. - Oversee the integration of front-end technologies like React with back-end services. - Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Manage Azure cloud services to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team : Must-Have : - Proven experience in .NET development with a strong grasp of C# and ASP.NET. - Proficiency in front-end frameworks, particularly React. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure App Services. Skills : - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
