Join the team at Ashton Pools By Design as we get ready to enter our 22nd year in business. We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction. This person will have a passion for sales and serving our wonderful customers. Answering phones and creating new relationships will be a favorite for somebody who applies for this position. However, this person will marry an outgoing personality with a stickler for details. Following up with new clients, ensuring the phone and emails are answered promptly, and relaying all information to the VP of Sales and Marketing. This charismatic candidate will also assist the President of the Company with all appointments and manage all calendars, especially during peak season. Our ideal candidate will show marked time at past jobs vs having moved around a lot. Bilingual is a plus plus plus.
*Responsibilities* -
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination of sales activities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, confirm every single meeting at least 1 day prior. Ensure customers have zoom information and locations for meetings
Provide executive administrative support to sales managers
Assist in event planning and coordination for sales-related activities
Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in our CRM platform
Attend weekly sales meeting with team and update every customer in our CRM platform at least weekly if not daily
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain organized files
Assist owners with personal appointments and errands as needed
Manage the telephone log program that connects to our lead generating advertising platform
Assist sales team in gathering information from new leads and moving new leads through the sales funnel that is set out
*Skills*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar and powerpoint presentations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A perfect blend of organized and on top of things, but able to shift gears and take time to form relationships with clients and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
