Commercial Manager (Civils / Telecoms) Belfast Highly Competitive Salary and Benefits Package Reactive Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Belfast or the surrounding area. Our clientis an established, innovative, solution-based infrastructure contractor delivering various utility projects across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Seeking a SeniorQuantity Surveyor with a Civils / Telecoms background to become a valued member of their commercial team, and to use your skills and experience to deliver projects successfully in line with commercial budgets and forecasts. Day to day: Take ownership of allocated projects and ensure their commercial success. Prepare costs to complete and rolling cashflows. Process applications for interim payments from subcontractors. Prepare and process payments for the supply chain. Preparation of CVR for each project under your remit. Preparing and agreeing the project final accounts. Experience: A Degree in Quantity Surveying. 5+ years surveying experience. Previous experience in Civils / Telecoms. A good working knowledge of NEC contracts.
