IT Business Support Manager

MCS Group are delighted to be working with a Top 10 NI Employer in their search for an IT Business Support Manager on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will sit as a someone with key responsibility in the Information Services Department. The Role: Responsible to build and support a team to provide a single point of service for all organisation departments for the provision of ICT Goods and Services including new ICT services and Mobile Communications. Identify, plan and prepare budgets for systems projects based on business objectives and priorities of the organisation. Key responsibility for the technical delivery and management of multiple Mobile Phone contracts and services. Key responsibility to manage team and liaise with colleagues to ensure compliance with Financial Delegations and Procurement policies for all ICT expenditure across the organisation. Manage, motivate and develop the staff in the IT Business Services team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively. What do I need to apply?: Minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C or above, to include English and Maths, or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a business support role with an understanding of the key tasks involved in managing, supporting and developing staff to include the following. Financial Budgetary Planning and Reporting in a public or private sector organisation. Operational Procurement in a public or private sector organisation. Data Analysis experience. Creation of business reporting with data summaries and meaningful recommendations. Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and contracts. Proficiency in MS office applications.
