Payroll Assistant

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll Assistant based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, starting ASAP on an ongoing contract basis.

Main duties include:

• Assist with the administration for the monthly payroll.
• Ensures accurate calculation of wages and salaries of employees by performing routine duties necessary for these calculations.
• Updating monthly accrual spreadsheets.
• Admin of pension schemes.
• Managing payroll mailbox and responding to general payroll queries

Suitable candidates should have the following:

• Experience working in a busy Payroll department, with large headcounts
• Able to start Immediately or at very short notice (circa 1 week)

Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
