Job Description
My client is a well-established distributor of welding equipment and consumables, with nearly 40 years of experience in the West Midlands. Known for their exceptional product range and customer service, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee a key territory. This role is essential for maintaining and expanding relationships with OEMs, fabrication companies, and the construction sector.
The company specializes in high-quality welding equipment and consumables, serving a diverse clientele that includes manufacturers and construction firms. Their commitment to excellence has solidified their position as a trusted partner in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in welding equipment and welding consumables sales, along with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment is essential. Candidates should ideally be based within an hour of Stoke-on-Trent.
Salary/Package: Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 basic, plus commission, a company car, and additional benefits.
