OVERVIEW:

•You will assist the conveyancing team in managing Residential Property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

•Preparing and submitting search requests and Land Registry applications

•Drafting legal documents, letters, and contracts

•Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.

•You will have at least 12 months experience within a conveyancing role.

•The ideal candidate will have an LPC or GDL qualification

•Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
