Job Description
NMS Recruit are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Service Desk Technician to join an award-winning AV integrator with 20 years of industry experience. The role is ideal for Audio Visual Engineers looking to step away from the tools or individuals with a technical mindset and strong customer service skills.
Reporting into the Service Desk Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:
Take incoming service calls and addressing enquiries or product faults
Reviewing client requests and allocate works to field service engineers
Providing 1st and 2nd line support as required
Scheduling engineer call outs to site
Scheduling planned preventative maintenance visits
Monitor client's assets and provide asset management and outstanding work reports as required
Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of repaired or replacement parts and equipment
Maintaining and updating ticketing platform
Handling RMA's
Essential Skills
An excellent telephone manner
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A natural multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment and manage hectic schedules effectively
