  • Gross OTE Salary package: circa£32,000(+share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
  • Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

Your role covers assisting in a variety of duties and tasks for the smooth and efficient running of front of house operation to standards and objectives of the businessincluding administrative, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with position. Main function is to implement delivering polished customer experience that befitsa prestige upscale restaurant

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements:

  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
  • Minimum 3 years experience in escalating job roles
  • Personal alcohol licence
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
