This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at a secondary school level. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs.
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
