What youll get up to as an Assistant Manager

• Managing shifts day to day to keep things running smoothly
• Managing team on shift to pre-empt guest patterns, and exceed guest expectations
• Encouraging team to give personal recommendations to guests, upselling and cross selling food and drink where possible
• Organising parties & events bookings, and coordinating larger events driving further revenue opportunities in the build up to and on the day of an event
• Maintaining high standards across our jungle and carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure full health and safety compliance
