Job Title: Site Manager Location: UK and Europe Employment Type: Full-Time Salary:DOE (Competitive Remuneration Package) A leading construction and fit-out company is seeking an experiencedSite Manager to oversee various projects across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring high-quality project delivery within budget and on time, while maintaining health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site works, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised worksite Supervise employees and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication between site teams, architects, designers, customers, and suppliers Conduct toolbox talks, issue permits to work, and oversee site documentation including daily diaries Monitor project costs to ensure efficiency and manage waste disposal in line with regulations Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle Travel required to project sites throughout the UK and Europe Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a fit-out environment Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience Full clean driving licence Willingness to work across the UK and Europe Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001) This role offers acompetitive salary and a tailored remuneration package for the successful candidate.
