Job Description
Finance Administrator permanent vacancy
Ideally seeking candidates that live within a commutable distance to Tewkesbury office
About Company:
A specialist construction contractor in project management, design and installation of insulated cladding, roofing, Fire compartment walls, data store chambers and · Maintenance & repairs of building structures.

About Role:
* Processing purchase invoices for suppliers and subcontractors
* Liaise with Contracts Team to ensure timely invoice approval
* Raising purchase orders
* Processing mid-month and month end payment runs
* Enter payments on to accounting software
* CIS submissions to HMRC
* Month end processes i.e. Reconciling supplier accounts
* General accounts admin
* Answering calls to the business and assist clients and suppliers as required
* Filing all approved & issued invoices, electronically
Candidate profile:
* Previous accounts and administration experience
* Competent IT skills in Sage, Word, Excel and Outlook
* Attention to detail & Self driven
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to multitask and be pro-active
* Excellent organisational skills
* SAGE 200 experience
* SAGE 200 Construction experience would be an advantage but not essential
AAT would be beneficial.
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (one hour lunch)
Benefits: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Life Insurance, Private medical insurance, Cycle to work scheme, potential to earn 5% annual bonus.
