The transition from ANSR to Land O'Lakes GCC is targeted to be completed within the next two years. Job Description & Responsibilities: Windows Systems Administrator - Moonshot Responsibilities: Building, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise class IT Compute Infrastructure. Engineering and designing solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Leading and supporting teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions. Analyzing, planning, upgrading, and providing support for existing on-premises platforms and migrating to new platforms as needed. Deploying, upgrading, and migrating solutions and ensuring their successful implementation. Assessing, analyzing, and planning patch/firmware deployments. Performing certificate management functions including: Certificate creation, registration, and installation on load balancing systems and servers. Coordinating certificate installation and testing with internal and external IT resources and trading partners. Providing data for capacity planning and performance metrics. Regularly assessing and ensuring each system is included in our monitoring and alerting, backup and recovery, and vulnerability management process. CMDB Server CI validation and cleanup. Producing process documentation, technical diagrams, runbooks, and related documentation. Required Experience & Skills: 8 years' work experience with Windows OS, VMware, Hyper-V, SCCM, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Avamar Backup/Recovery. Experience in scripting with Ansible or PowerShell. Proven record of collaborating across teams and communicating with large groups in a professional environment. Ability to adapt to changes in work priorities, incident response, and technology advancements. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Experience & Skills: 5 years experience as a member of an Enterprise IT Server Infrastructure team. 5 years leveraging ITSM processes to manage service requests. Experience working within agile development teams and promoting a DevOps model. Understanding or working knowledge of F5, Venafi, Imperva, Infoblox, AD, Single Sign-on, Ping, SumoLogic or Splunk, Satellite or Spacewalk, GIT, Kubernetes, SaaS, PaaS, & IaaS. Experience providing support and technical resolution for compute technology projects. Ability to contribute to 1-3 year view of technologies roadmap relevant to area of responsibility.
