Block Manager - London Based | £48-50K Salary | New Build Developments

Are you a dedicated and experienced Block Manager seeking a new challenge in London? We are working on behalf of a fantastic, well established property management firm, currently seeking a proactive individual to oversee a portfolio of new build schemes across five exciting developments. If you're looking to manage large-scale residential blocks and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to residents, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role:

• Oversee 5 new build developments
• Liaise with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of each development, including health & safety, maintenance, and compliance with leasehold regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Manage service charge budgets
• Handle any operational issues, implementing solutions quickly and efficiently, while maintaining strong relationships with residents and clients.

The Person:

• Previous experience in block or property management, with a strong track record of managing large portfolios of residential units.
• Confident in dealing with new build schemes and the associated complexities.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• TPI or RICS qualification preferred, but not essential.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple developments across different London locations.

The Package:

• Competitive salary in the range of £48,000 to £50,000 per annum, based on experience.
