Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects valued at over £5 million, ensuring that all aspects are delivered to the highest standard.

What's on offer?

£55,000 - £70,000 (DOE).
Flexible working.

Opportunity to travel with position. Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or fit-out industry, with a focus on hotel and restaurant projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with diverse clients.
Relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of project life cycles from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
