Site Manager - Beckenham - Residential Fit Out

Are you site manager who is from a joinery background , is local to Beckenham and has experience of managing the fit out or refurbishment of high-end residential housing projects?

We are currently recruiting for the role of site manager on behalf of a main contractor who have been appointed to manage the refurbishment of residential project in Beckenham, which starts on the 28th October and lasts 10 weeks.

Site Manager Role & Responsibilities:

* Ensuring the health,safety and well-being of site operatives

* Coordination of subcontractors and site labour

* Monitoring and keeping project within programme

* Site paperwork and diary

* Progress reports

* Ordering materials

Experience & Requirements:

* Joinery background

* Residential refurbishment experience

* References from last two projects

* SMSTS, First Aid

* The pay rate is £270 per day and we can pay CIS or Ltd.
