Setting Out Engineer

Logical Personnel are looking for a Setting Out Engineer on a large civils site in Chesterfield.
Job Role:
Assisting in the preparation and setting out of construction sites and projects
Providing support to the site engineer in surveying and marking out the site accurately
Ensuring that the construction plans and specifications are followed correctly
Assisting in the supervision and coordination of construction activities
Working with construction equipment and tools to set out markers, levels, and reference points
Providing technical support and guidance to construction teams on site
Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure accurate setting out
Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirementsKeeping accurate records of site measurements, layouts, and as-built drawings
Requirements:
SMSTS/ SSSTS
Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
Civils background
Tier 1 background
CSCS card
Asbestos awareness
Cat and Genny
First Aid (three day course)
Own equipment
