Facilities Manager

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager based in Bristol - this is on a contract basis for a minimum of 2 months, with the potential to go longer.

Salary: £435 per day

Location: Bristol

The Role:

• Lead and Manage diverse Facilities Management and property function - Hard and Soft FM, Asset Delivery Property Development and Commercial Estate
• To provide confident leadership and clear management to ensure succesful delviery
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the relevant legislation
• To ensure that services are delivered to relevant industry standards

The Successful Candidate:

• Demonstrable record of delivering cost effective, high quality Facilities Management and Property in the private or public sector
• Ability to manage third party suppliers/contractors effectively to fully deliver their obligations
• Ability to effectively plan and deliver complex projects and programs.
• Ability to lead and manage, inspiring and motivating people across a whole service.
