Salary: £35,000
Work model: 5 days a week in their Manchester office

What You'll Be Doing:
Be the go-to expert for all things Marketo-helping set up and monitor killer campaigns and automations.
Design, build, and fine-tune nurture journeys that guide prospects and customers through key touchpoints-keeping them engaged and coming back for more!
Keep an eagle eye on Marketo's performance, ensuring it runs like a well-oiled machine.
Use automation and AI to supercharge how we manage leads, making our processes smoother and smarter.
Partner with sales, product, and other awesome teams to understand the customer funnel and make our nurture programs even better.
Continuously improve our martech stack to set the gold standard in the industry.
Dive into the data-reporting on how our email journeys perform and smashing targets.What You'll Bring:
You're a Marketo pro, or you've also got the skills in Adobe, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to back it up.
You're a whiz with Adbridge (or similar tools) and can seamlessly connect multi-channel journeys.
You know how to set up smart lead scoring and attribution models that get results.
You've got experience syncing CRM systems with other platforms and love automating the boring stuff.
SQL? No problem. Dynamic content and webhooks? You're all over it.
You can turn data into actionable insights and aren't afraid of digging into the numbers.
You're a team player, but also a self-starter who loves collaborating with others and building great relationships.
You've got a growth mindset and you're always thinking, "What's next?"-you're ready to take on big ideas and bold risks.
