Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next exciting project? We have an excellent freelance opportunity for a Site Manager to oversee a prestigious food factory project, with a focus on both external and internal works.
SCOPE OF WORKS
• Cladding / Envelope
• External Works
• Office Fit-Out
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Day to day running of the project from site level reporting to Project Manager
• Coordinate and manage the workforce, ensuring smooth progression of the project.
• Monitor project progress, maintaining tight schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Report directly to the project manager and provide updates on site progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly on industrial, retail or factory projects.
• Strong knowledge of external works, cladding, and office fit-out.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in managing subcontractors and liaising with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, particularly regarding health & safety compliance.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are essential for the position
