Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Refurbishment
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment Services
Industry Sector: Services, Service Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Roofing, Cladding, Building Envelope, Facade Refurbishment, Building Surveyors, Property Management Companies, Property Owners, Facilities Management, Flat Roofing, Waterproofing, Building Envelope. End Users
Area to be covered: Manchester
(Would like you on the road majority of the time however when not visiting customers would like you in the office)
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + circa 25% bonus
Benefits: car allowance £5,000 - £6,000 & full benefits
The role of the Business Development Manager – Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment Services will involve:
* Field sales position promoting building envelope refurbishment services including facades remediation
* Purely focusing on refurbishment projects
* Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to end users for example: Muller, Pepsi, Hieneken, Scottish Water, Tesco, North British Distillery
* The remain portion with focus on the professional services sector dealing with: student accommodation providers, housebuilders and surveyors
* Turnover will be determined on your experience, if senior will be between £2m-£2.5m
The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager – Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment Services with:
* Must have construction / industrial new business sales experience
* Must have dealt with a similar route to market via end users, housebuilders, surveyors, facilities management providers etc
* Ideally selling building envelope / façade service
* Ambitious, hungry, driven, dynamic personality
