Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the events team to ensure the successful planning and execution of all events.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive event sales and revenue growth.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored event solutions that exceed expectations.
- Oversee the coordination of all event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual requirements, and staffing.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all events.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and consistently deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior events management role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
