As the Contract Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
Overseeing the financial and operational performance of the facilities management contract, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Managing maintenance for HVAC systems, clean rooms, laboratories, and office spaces to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure the client’s pharmaceutical production remains uninterrupted.
Leading contract negotiations, performance improvement initiatives, and driving cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of To be successful in the role of Contract Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
Proven experience managing Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts, particularly within Pharmaceutical or controlled environments.
Knowledge of managing HVAC and clean room standards in compliance with industry regulations.
