Job Description
Atrium Healthcare is currently supporting a Residential Dementia Care Home who are seeking Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader based in the outskirts of Hull. We are looking for compassionate individuals with significant experience in the care sector, particularly in supporting residents with Dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide personal care and support to residents.
·Administer and monitor medications.
·Maintain and update care plans.
·Train and supervise junior and new staff members under the guidance of senior staff.
·Ensure residents' comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
Experience/ Qualifications:
·NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
·Medication trained.
·Experienced in supporting residents with Dementia.
·Due to location diving license and access to your own car.
·Right to work in the UK.
·Previous experience of 1 year min. with any of the above-mentioned areas of care.
