Job Title: Primary Class Teacher
Location: Central Bedfordshire
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £31,650 - £43,607

Help Educate is working closely with a partner primary school committed to providing high-quality education for all students. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Primary Class Teacher to join their team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of primary school children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of primary school students.
* Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters independence and confidence among primary school children.
* Collaborate with parents, support staff, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each child in the primary school setting.
* Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to facilitate effective learning.
* Foster positive relationships with primary school students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
* Contribute to the primary school’s inclusive ethos and actively participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of teaching strategies and approaches for supporting primary school students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with primary school students, staff, and parents.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude towards working with primary school children.
